Percubaan membuat sendiri Tiramisu adalah sakses (success lah). Lepas nih takyah lah singgah SR laie … jimat ongkos dan jimat masa dan disayangi ramai … hahaha. Serius … sangat senang. Main baling² jer suma bahan. Tutup mata pun buleh buat lah … Sila salin resepi yer … Ini resepi aku sendiri sebab banyak bahan takde, so belasah jer yang mana ada

Yumiko’s Tiramisu

  • 1 pack Forno Bonomi Savoiardi Ladyfingers [I used only 24 fingers – half pack]
  • 125 gm Tatura Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup cold coffee [any kind diluted with hot water and let cool]
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 heap full tbsp cocoa for dusting
  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar in a bowl until combined
  2. In a chilled bowl, beat whip cream until firm peak formed (if bowl not chilled, whip cream must be really cold)
  3. Fold cream cheese into the whip cream mixture
  4. Arrange ladyfingers side-by-side in a serving dish, pour 1/4 cup cooled coffee until the biscuits absorb the coffee
  5. Cover the biscuits with cream. Repeat step 4 to form more layers as desired
  6. Top with a layer of cream mixture. Dust the top with  cocoa, fully covered
  7. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving

Senang kan? Ladyfingers tu kalo korang nak tau rupanya camner … dia macam biskut kering jugak cuma lembut (berongga – untuk absorb liquid) dan ada lapisan gula atasnya

Tiramisu sebenarnya guna mascarpone cheese. Rasanya lebih intense … tapi aku puas cari takde … terpaksa opt kepada cream cheese. Rasa still sedap, mantap dan … nak ulang hadap makan sampai licin  mangkuk tak sedar diri.

Oh yer … ladyfingers ni pun aku terjumpa kat Seremban : Amore E Bake. Tempat cinonet jer, tapi kepadatan dengan barang yang super hard to find ok! Vanilla pods pun ada weih … tu yang tetiba kena rasuk ngan roh Nigella Lawson tu. Memang ler masuk dalam diary every week aku singgah Somban! Kak Iz, lepas nih kita serbu Bangi plak ek! Thanks for the vanilla pods!!! Tengah cari resepi nak guna vanilla pods tu. Incek Jaque kata letak jer dalam keta … takyah beli AmbiPur dah
