Fried Fish Platter With Dips Recipe

| Half of an 8 oz. box frozen popcorn shrimp | |
| Half of a 6 oz. box frozen clams | |
| 12 fish sticks | |
| Lemon wedges | |
| Tartar sauce | |
| Red cocktail sauce | |
| Sweet and sour sauce | |
| Step 1 Arrange two oven racks close together in the bottom third of the oven. |
| Step 2 Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the packages. |
| Step 3 Arrange the seafood on one or two baking trays. Seafood that is cooked longest goes in first. Keep track of cooking time carefully. Turn pieces and remove them as necessary, following package instructions. |
| Step 4 As the seafood becomes ready, arrange the cooked pieces in a shallow bowl lined with a paper napkin. Make sure all pieces are slightly cooled before serving. |
